Catch-all Emails in Cloud Hosting
In case you have a cloud hosting with us and you wish to enable the catch-all feature for a certain email mailbox that you have in your hosting account, it’ll take literally just a single mouse click in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel to achieve this. A catch-all button is available on the right side of each email address that you have set up under any domain registered in your account. You can choose one email address per domain name by clicking the respective button. This will activate the feature straight away, so all email messages sent to mistyped email addresses will be received there. Clicking on the button for a second time will turn off the catch-all feature. If you have activated email forwarding, our system will display a warning notification and you won’t be able to activate the catch-all feature unless you disable the forwarding or you can simply select another mailbox to be the catch-all one.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
A catch-all address can be created with a couple of clicks of the mouse in case you have a Linux semi-dedicated server with us. The semi-dedicated account will be administered through our custom-developed Hepsia hosting Control Panel and you will be able to set up mailboxes with any domain registered here. To enable the catch-all option for a particular mailbox, you’ll have to click on the logo with the same name, which will be on the right side of each email address. Deactivating this feature can be accomplished in the very same manner and will not take more than one click either. If the catch-all functionality has already been activated for a particular domain, you’ll get a warning message. The same goes if the mailbox that you would like to be a catch-all one has email forwarding activated, as our system will never change or disable anything automatically.
