雷蒙·布力格（Raymong Briggs）

1934年1月出生于英国伦敦温布尔顿。先后在温布尔顿艺术学校和伦敦斯雷德艺术学校学习印刷、艺术和美术。他最初从事的是广告业,很快他发现这个行业并不属于自己,从此转向儿童插画行业并兼职担任教师。

他为孩子创作的第一本图画书是《奇妙的房子》（The Strange House,1961）,而最初使他声名鹊起的作品是第四本图画书《鹅妈妈的财宝》（The Mother Goose Treasury,1966）这本书获得了1966年英国凯特·格林纳威奖。他的作品还有1973年第二次获得凯特·格林纳威奖的《圣诞老爸》（Father Christmas,1973）和《当风吹来时》（When The Wind Blows,1982）。
