卡伦•布里克森

笔名伊萨克•迪内森,生于丹麦西兰岛伦斯特德,曾在哥本哈根、巴黎、罗马攻读艺术。婚后不久即旅居肯尼亚经营咖啡农场,后来,迫于咖啡市场的萎缩,卡伦返回丹麦,一直从事于文学创作。

卡伦•布里克森的作品有《哥特故事七则》《冬天的故事》《命运轶事》等,且两次被提名 诺贝尔文学奖。

1985年其自传体小说《走出非洲》被搬上银幕,一举斩获第58届奥斯卡7项大奖。

北京大学英语言文学系毕业,曾在多伦多大学主修文学与哲学,获硕士学位。长期从事欧美文学翻译与研究。译有：《走出非洲》《优山美地》《醒来的森林》等。
