萊絲蜜．寶拉．賀倫博士（Dr. Laxmi Paula Horan）

是心理學家、靈氣師父、作家,也是工作坊講師。她親切而發人深省的教導,幫助推動學生實現生命中與生俱來的富足。一九九○年代,寶拉用數年時間師事印度大師彭加（Shri H.W.L. Poonjaji）,彭加是位自我開悟者,也是知名印度教大哲及瑜伽行者拉瑪那馬哈希大師（Shri Ramana Maharshi）的弟子。彭加於一九九七年過世。寶拉受其啟發,將重點從自我提升轉向自我探索,將覺知帶到當下。一九九八年之後,寶拉透過藏傳金剛乘佛教繼續修行。

寶拉生於美國,童年住在義大利和德國。她在英國取得社會學和英國文學學士學位,在美國加州聖地牙哥取得碩士（研究舞蹈治療）以及心理學博士學位。

萊絲蜜一直是美國、歐洲和印度的廣播電視節目常客。她的第一本書《靈氣給你力量》被翻譯成十五種文字。後來一九九五年出版《靈氣為你帶來豐盛》,之後又陸續推出《核心授能》（Core Empowerment）、《靈氣心世界》(The Ultimate Reiki Touch)、《自療九大原則》（The 9 Principles of Self-Healing）以及《氧氣治療自己》（ Heal Yourself With Oxygen）等書。
