Co-published with the Aspen Strategy Group, this report is the result of a workshop on Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence held at the Aspen Institute for Humanistic Studies. The volume discusses how these systems can be improved to support the U.S. defense posture while reducing the risks of nuclear war. Participants at the workshop included military leaders, businessmen, academicians, and government heads.
